While quality checking the PULSE2 serial kites, it has resulted that some of them have left the HQ with a so called line opener (colour pink) mounted were there should be none. You can find it at the connection of the FLS-Endline and the front line (above the adjuster).

In practice, this (pink) line opener may affect the proper sliding of the safety line through the bar. Therefore, we ask you to remove the line opener in order to ensure a proper release in every situation.

Furthermore we want to encourage you to check your kite no matter which brand you use that the safely line(s) are not tangled around the trimmer or other parts while riding!

We want to use this opportunity to remind you to regularly check the different safety options (quickrelease and leash) of your kite in safe conditions. That way, problems can be recognized and solved.

If you still have questions regarding your safety system, please don’t hesitate to contact your dealer or even the manufacturer. They will be thankfull for fair comments.
