The snowkite season is in full swing and the results are starting to flood in at Flysurfer Headquarters, the amount of snowkite competitions in Europe is also steadily growing with more and more events in France, Germany and Italy.

Flysurfer teamrider Michael Kaspar won 2nd place on his Flysurfer Speed3 in the World Snowkite Championships (Ski Racing) on the Rechensee in the north of Italy last weekend. Teamrider Peter Muller claimed 5th place in Freestyle AND Snowboard Racing during this event. Proving he is a real multi-talent.

In Supeyres (France), the last stage of the French Long Distance Snowkiting Championships was won by Flysurfer teamrider Nicolas Jacquemond, Flysurfer teamriders Alex Robin and Bruno Bourdat where 2nd and 3rd in the Ski Open class. All riders where on Flysurfer Speed3 kites, these results completely stoke us of course!

We also included a video of one of these races below. Be sure to watch it, it gives a great vibe of how it feels to compete in such a snowkite racing event.

On the Wasserkuppe (Germany) there was also an International Snowkite Racing event, that took place last weekend, even thought the wind conditions where very low (4-7 knots), Flysurfer teamrider Pascal Lohmann won 2nd place with his Speed3 19m in the Snowboard Race category, a superb result. A big congratulations to all!
