The blow out valves increase durability, but also add extra weight.

As the Speed3 is our high performance model, we searched for a way to reduce weight and keep durability as high as possible.

Therefore, we improved the fabric breaking strength of the serial and Deluxe edition up to 2 times. We also improved the internal structure reinforcements, material mix and overall construction. All these improvements made the blow out valves obsolete.

The fact: Up to this very day, not a single Speed3 has had an overpressure explosion. That is proof enough for us that we made the right decision!
