Once again it´s about the Infinity 2.0 Upgrade Bar

Dear loyal Flysurfer customer,

We are very sorry that the delivery of orders and the request for the current delivery status in regards to the Infinity Bar 2.0 Upgrade has come to a halt the last weeks! That this is not a satisfactory situation for you, we can understand completely. At this point we would like to apologize for this situation and the fact that we need to ask for your patience once again. In addition, we also want to make clear this situation is something our customer service and dealers/importers worldwide cannot help, since it concerns our production facilities and quality control standards!

Wherever people work mistakes happen. Because of the ongoing series of several different technical production difficulties, we have not been able to clear this situation up 100%. We definitely learned our lessons from these painful experiences for the future!

What happens next …

Because of this new production bottleneck of the Infinity 2.0 Bar we had to stop the production of the UNITY (i.e, currently only a few items in stock) and the delivery of SPEED3 Coloured Edition is progressing slowly. But, we firmly believe that we can rectify this situation in the coming weeks and we are sorry to ask for your patience once again !
